A mutual confidentiality agreement is signed before anything else, and a custom care plan is built around what your estate genuinely needs, never a generic package.
Routine inspections take place on the schedule that fits your home, covering everything from HVAC filters and pool chemistry to smoke detectors, irrigation, and every door and window. After each visit, you receive a written report with photos, so you always know exactly what was done and what, if anything, needs your attention.
